[Monitoring] EMIS technical teams have deployed a fix to all 58 patch domains which has restored access to EMIS Web for all affected sites, though restored sites may experience some performance degradation and limited functionality. EMIS continue work to restore performance and full system functionality across the estate.

[Monitoring] Patients Know Best (PKB) is aware of a global IT outage and an issue with EMIS which is causing disruption in the majority of GP practices. PKB is not directly affected but there may be some delays in receiving data from upstream sources that have been impacted.
