[Investigating] Our HL7 API in the UK production cluster is currently down, since the early hours of the morning.
We've addressed one issue and are investigating the next; we expect to have service back online shortly.
Other APIs and services are online and functioning normally.

[Identified] We identified an issue with the routing of our HSCN connection; this is the underlying cause of the failed HL7 message flow.
Until this issue is resolved, connections to nww.patientsknowbest.com (the portal hosted on the HSCN) are also disrupted.
We are working with our provider to resolve this issue.
All connectivity and service passing via the general internet is still operating normally.

[Monitoring] Update: fortunately, web browser connections via the HSCN were not disrupted, just HL7 API messages over the HSCN.
We've resolved the issue and will continue to investigate root causes.
